The room was nice, cozy and had a view of the town. The bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were extremely nice and friendly. The pool was warm. The Istanbul Mall and 212 Outlet were nearby.

Felt completely relaxed, no complaints.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. the hotel had a convenient location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.

My 2 nights in Istanbul were exceptional! Good service, though a few employees were a bit rude.

This place is an amazing hotel that provides outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The shuttle service from the airport made my life easy, and the easy check-in process was a much-welcomed bonus. The location is great, and it’s no farther than 30 minutes from the airport by car. The staff here is friendly and always willing to help in any way possible. The room service is top-notch, and they're available 24 hours a day to cater to your needs. The amenities here are fantastic, and the indoor pool is excellent for relaxation.

I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel.

For a 4 star hotel everything was nice, I loved to be here. There was plenty of food, in general it was GOOD.

We had an very nice stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were really good, and the rooms were super clean and comfortable. The location opposite Mall of Istanbul was ideal for us, and the transportation options were plentiful. the staff was friendly and cute, and the breakfast was excellent.

This hotel is perfectly situated for those travelling by car, it is close to the airport and near two large malls. The rooms are comfortable and modern, with lovely bathrooms and the staff provide excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of variety. Facilities include an egg station and fast Wi-Fi. The soundproofing ensures a quiet stay and some rooms offer amazing views.

There were issues with the cleanliness of some of the rooms and the corridor was smoky at times.

I just loved how the business corner offered secretarial support, like we're still living in the 90s. So retro!
